The benefits of EPOS Integration

Benefits of EPOS Integration

For Warehouses that have a retail store, our EPOS solution will ensure that your entire system is completely integrated.

Our point of sale software is available with robust hardware perfect for any environment. The EPOS links directly with our stock control software to make sure that all reports are consolidated and the fact that the two systems are completely synchronised will remove any need for double entry.

Features of our EPOS solution include:
  • The haggle function which provides the till user with all of the pricing information to ensure that you can negotiate the price but not drop it too low.
  • Once a sale has been assigned to a customer account, a full VAT invoice will be directly emailed straight to the customer. This removes any manual processes as this task is done automatically at the end of each sale.
  • The integration between the EPOS software and stock control software will make sure that the most up to date stock figures are available.
  • Once a sale has been completed, if marked for delivery, a delivery note can be set to print automatically. This delivery note is branded to your business, and can include specific fields as required.

Sage 200 Stock Control Integration

Sage 200 Stock Control Integration
  • Barcode Scanning – Product barcodes stored within Sage 200 will be transferred across to the stock control software, so when you scan products into the system they will be immediately recognised. This therefore means that changes made to barcodes or barcode additions will be picked up straight away.
  • Batch & Serial Number Tracking – With support for batch & serial number tracking, the system will prompt for the batch and serial number of the product. The information is then sent back to Sage where it is stored.
  • Warehouse Visibility – Gain complete visibility of your Warehouse with all stock activity tracked and stored within Sage 200. This activity includes both inward and outward stock adjustments.
  • Stock Ordering – The ability to create purchase and sales orders will mean that staff can create them from the Warehouse floor. These can then be sent to Sage 200 to be authorised.

Stock Control Centre

Stock Control Centre

The Stock Control Centre is a hub for the staff to gain a complete oversight of Warehouse activity as well as enable direct communication with the tablet devices.

  • In-built messenger

An in-built messaging system will allow for easy communication between your staff. This is the perfect platform to raise queries with staff or issue instructions to either a specific member of staff or a specific tablet device.

  • Priority Tasks

The control centre will provide you with all of the stock counts due today. This will allow you to see the work that needs to be prioritised for that particular day.

  • In-depth reporting

Access to a variety of reports including; stock counts performed, stock shortages, purchase orders overdue and the sales dispatched overdue report. This will therefore provide staff with all of the data they require and it will be fully accurate at the time the report is taken.

  • Issue Stock Recount

Identify stock variances from stock counts performed today, and then issue a stock recount from the control centre to a tablet device.
